Getting Started
Ok, so like, this is my first time blogging and I already really love it. This is so me. Anyway, there is this awesome site called petfinder.com and it helped me so much when I found this lost dog. It was this stray pit bull mix, and she was only 7 months old but already had at least one litter of pups. So I looked online for rescues that would take her and like called everywhere, but everybody was like, no, i don’t want a stray. So I tried petfinder.com and found this awesome place that was like a doggie heaven on earth and the lady there was so nice and she and the dog got along immediately. Then she told me that if she liked the dog enough it would stay indoors, otherwise, it would get its own run and own doghouse. Which was totally cool with me. Anyway, so go on petfinder.com and click on the adopt/find a pet link at the top of the page and start searching. Or if you lost a pet click on the local/classifieds link also on the top of the page. Or you could search for shelters too. The possiblilities really are limitless. Its not just about cats and dogs but you can also find horses and chickens and goats and once I found a llama. So seriously, get on there and change a pet’s life for the better!
